We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
All applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Canadian customs processing may occasionally extend delivery times. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
While we aim to meet the delivery estimates above, factors like public holidays, carrier disruptions, or customs processing can occasionally cause delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll investigate.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, please reach out to us within 30 days of your expected delivery date at hello@fieldandformnaturals.com and we'll sort it out promptly.
