Each serving contains 600mg each of beef liver, heart, kidney, pancreas, and spleen — 3,000mg total per serving. Liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods on earth. Heart is rich in CoQ10. Kidney provides selenium and B12. Pancreas contains digestive enzymes. Spleen is a natural source of haem iron. We chose this combination because together they cover a uniquely broad spectrum of nutrients.
No. Our ingredient list is deliberately short: freeze-dried grass-fed beef organs and a gelatin capsule. Nothing else. No magnesium stearate, no silicon dioxide, no rice flour, no flow agents of any kind. Clean label isn't a marketing phrase for us — it's the whole point.
The recommended serving is 6 capsules per day, which can be taken all at once or split across meals. Each pouch contains 180 capsules — a 30-day supply. We suggest taking them with food, particularly if you're new to organ supplements.
The freeze-drying process significantly reduces any strong odour or flavour. The gelatin capsule also acts as a barrier. Most customers don't notice a strong taste when swallowing them whole with water. If you're sensitive, taking them with a meal helps.

Our organs are freeze-dried at low temperatures. This process removes moisture while preserving the full spectrum of heat-sensitive nutrients, enzymes, and co-factors — unlike high-heat desiccation, which can degrade these compounds.
